The new LIV 300M Ceramic Diver's collection is just awesome.
Whether you're a 41mm or a 44mm watch kind of guy, we've got you covered. The case design of the Diver's is based on our GX1 model--our classic style, and a bestseller from day one. To transform it into a dive watch, we replaced the bezel, reinforced the case to make it water-resistant to 300m, outfitted it with a screw-down crown, and 6 screws in the back for super-solid look and construction.
The movement in this baby is an ETA 2824, modified to fit our signature sandwich dial. Basically, we adjusted the movement to give the hands space to sweep over all of the layered indexes. Layered? We mean layered. Up to six thick layers of BGW9 Supernova, in fact, for maximum luminescence--which is super important for dive watches.
The unidirectional ceramic bezel features enamel inlays and 120 clicks (just listen to those clicks in the video!). Every single one of the new Divers is just super-solid.
The back of watch is amazing too. We try to show as much of the movement as possible through the exhibition caseback. (As watch freaks, we love how a watch looks on the wrist, but we’re also obsessed with the mechanics of it all. Basically, the moving parts just look cool.) We don’t know why anyone would cover up the artistry that goes into these mechanisms.
